As part of Cubio’s customer service, we like to listen to our customers and find out what they think of us. We conduct a customer survey twice a year and report the results here.

Results of customer satisfaction survey: January 2011

We can see that you're happy!

At Cubio we want to regularly hear and analyse what our customers think about us. So we conduct research quarterly and report the results here.

The survey conducted in January 2011 showed:

91% loyalty!

The pricing of our international calls was the number one reason for satisfaction. This point was mentioned several times during the survey and it is something we’ll continue to invest in.

91% of the respondents stated that they’re loyal to us and that they would recommend us. We want to keep the number at this level or higher. In other similar developed mobile markets in Western Europe, only around 60-70% of respondents typically feel this happy with their operator.

Cubio customers were also satisfied with our quality, reliability and the benefits we offer. Our small size was considered to be a positive thing as well!

From feedback to action!

According to our customers, invoicing has not been completely successful. However, this is going to change in 2011. Starting this spring, we’re gradually introducing a completely new invoicing and information management system. The final switchover from the current system to the new one will take place in autumn 2011.

Customers were generally very satisfied with our customer service, but the closing of the sales point in Itäkeskus and the short customer service opening hours caused some dissatisfaction. We are happy to announce that our opening hours have already been extended and a new Cubio Shop has been opened on Ateneuminkuja in the centre of Helsinki.

We will also significantly improve our data connections and services during the next few weeks and buying tickets on your mobile phone will be possible during the spring. We’ll also be merging very small invoices, meaning you’ll receive bills from us less often. Naturally, we’ll provide you with more information about these and many other improvements as they take place.

Another thing we needed to work on was being more proactive about marketing and communication. There hasn’t been a lot of information available about our services, updates and changes. This is going to change significantly – starting with this website. From now on, all current information will be immediately available on our site. And we’re going to energise our customer communication in other ways as well. We’ve recently recruited a seasoned marketing professional to take up the task of creating consistent, proactive and meaningful marketing material.
