MMS service error report

If you have problems using your mobile subscription, please fill in the mobile subscription error report.

Are you using a 3G or 2G network when the problem occurs? Please test whether the subscription operates normally if you switch network, for example from a 3G to 2G network.

Have the service settings of the device been checked?

It is recommended that old connection profiles/APN-profiles (NET, Internet, MMS) are deleted from your phone’s Settings menu, so that only Cubio’s profile, Cubio GPRS and Cubio MMS settings are saved.

Once the settings have been selected, the device needs to be restarted before testing. (Cubio’s settings can be found below in English).

The phone’s brand, model and software version (You can find the version of the software in Nokia phones by typing *#0000# when in basic mode.).

General Cubio GPRS and MMS Settings

Settings - GPRS/WAP
1. Name of new connection/APN/profile: Cubio GPRS
2. Access Point Name/APN: internet.cubio.net
3. Disable proxy setting
4. If proxy address/IP address is required type 00.00.000.0
5. If proxy port is required type 0000
6. Homepage/address http://wap.cubio.fi
7. Activate the connection/set as default or 1st priority connection
8. Switch the device off and on again

Settings - MMS
1. Name of new connection/APN/profile: Cubio MMS
2. Access Point Name/APN/message server: mms.cubio.fi
3. Enable proxy setting
4. Proxy address/IP address is required, type 213.161.41.60
5. Proxy port is required, type 80
6. Homepage/address http://mms.cubio.fi
7. Activate the connection/set as default or 1st priority connection
8. Switch the device off and on again
